Heidi co-founded Medical Recruiters Inc. in 1994 after building experience in both the medical industry and executive recruiting. Her firsthand understanding of healthcare, combined with decades of recruiting expertise, gives her a unique perspective on what makes exceptional medical sales professionals successful.
Over the years, Heidi has built lasting relationships with healthcare organizations and sales leaders across the country. She enjoys getting to know both clients and candidates personally, helping create matches that support long-term success for everyone involved.
Denise Wottowa
Denise brings more than three decades of recruiting experience and a strong background in business development and sales. Before co-founding Medical Recruiters Inc., she worked for a Fortune 500 company, where she gained firsthand insight into the qualities that drive success in competitive sales organizations.
Denise is known for her thoughtful approach, strong communication, and commitment to understanding the goals of every client and candidate. She believes the best placements happen when experience, culture, and opportunity align.
