We're recruiting for a Professional Sales Representative in Dayton, OH, to sell ADHD pharmaceuticals for a company that's ranked in the Top 5 for Emerging Companies in the USA for 2026. The average tenure is 10 years. The average rep gets promoted every 1.5 years.
You'll be calling on psychiatrists, pediatricians and neurologists.
Start date is Oct. 26, 2026.
Territory
- Dayton, OH: Territory covers Dayton, north to Sidney and south to Wilmington.
Compensation
- Base salary: $85K-90K
- Total package: $120K 1st year, $135K 2nd year and $150K 3rd year—uncapped commission.

Requirements
- 2 years in outside sales with 1-2 jobs out of college. Or 3 years with current company if 3 jobs out of college. No more than 3 jobs out of college.
- Must have a clean driving record. No DUIs.
- 2.7 GPA or above (this is a bit flexible).
- Currently employed.
- Must have a track record of success to show during interviews. Must have rankings in the top 30% and sales data for the past 2 years—documentation required.
- B2B non-medical sales background only. No RX or medical sales background accepted.
