Compensation
- Year 1 (Inside Sales Representative): Base salary: $55,000, uncapped commission opportunity, approximately $80,000 potential first-year earnings
- Year 2 (Outside Sales Representative): Base salary: $75,000, uncapped commission, company car, realistic total earnings of approximately $110,000
- $2,500 relocation reimbursement upon promotion and relocation
Requirements
- College graduate within past two years
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA
- Demonstrated sales experience during college or after graduation
- Documented evidence of sales achievement and success
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
